Some helmet com systems adjust volume based on surrounding noise. Almost sounds like volume down button is stuck for some reason.

The orange slider you see at the top is to indicate the duration until the menu disappears automatically (so that you don’t have to manually close the menu while riding). It resets every time you tap a button in the menu

The volume slider is the one you see appearing at 22 seconds and 26-28 seconds of the video. I don’t see that decreasing.

Could that be it?

If you still have the subscription maybe it did not auto-renew. On that case could you try following:

 

- open side menu

- Tap profile picture

- Open ‘premium & offline maps’ section

- Tap ‘premium’ row

- tap ‘restore yearly subscription’
