Hi

I am in France, I paid for premium, I bought maps several times for our iPads and phones

now I got this today?!

 

Probably the auto-renewal did not register automatically. Happens sometimes. Could you try restoring the premium subscription:
- Tap profile picture in side menu
- Open 'Premium & Offline Maps' section
- Tap 'Premium' row
- Tap 'Restore subscription'

If that does not help, please let me know.

It did not help, I’m driving in morning to Germany and back to Sweden, I have limited WiFi 😳

Are you sure it did not help? Because I see in the database that the premium date just changed form 10 oct 2022, to 10 oct 2023. Perhaps close Scenic and reopen.
If still no, I can manually extend it.

I did the restor on my tablet, it still don’t work, but the IPhone do!

I use the tablet in the motor home and iPhone in the smart car and MC
