I wondered if it might be possible to add a section in the Points/Ranking section that shows countries visited, States, National Parks etc and somehow tie that in to points scoring.

Technically that is possible. I’ll add it to the list, but can’t make any promises if/when implemented.  At the moment there are higher priority items on the list.
