Point-to-Point Speed Cameras and Average Speed

This got me thinking. Could this be applied to Scenic?
I guess that somehow it will need to know the start and finish points and would this be done via live traffic updates or some other method?
Our blessed government has just introduced these wonderous devices near me. So, now, when I drive down the freeway to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, I need to keep an extra and vigilant eye on my speed. I don't know what the leeway is. eg. Say, the average for that stretch of road is 90 km/h (speeds vary between 60, 80, 100 and 110 km/h) and my average is say, 93 km/h, will I be booked? I don't know and I need to find out. But such a feature in navigation apps would be mighty useful.
The point-to-point cams cover about 80 km/h of the M1 freeway.
Google Maps and Waze often report speed camera locations but I don't use Google Maps much and I don't have Waze installed on my iPhone. So, I don't know if they have that feature. Something else to research, I guess.

When i approach a camera i get a pop up alert which then disappears.

Does Waze alert to point-to-point cameras or the normal speed cameras?
But that's an idea to look at. Waze itself is a PoS in my view. I've had too many instances of it sending around in circles when in the city looking for some place. Then there are the user inputed alerts, most of which are redundant and Google Maps is now doing that. eg. Police car ahead. Is it still there? the pop-up will ask. Usually the answer is no.
Traffic alerts for congestion are generally good, but that's when I use navigators for driving the car to wherever. The bike rarely sees highways or freeways and where I ride traffic isn't an issue. Therefore, alerts aren't a thing, either.
So, my post above is really for when in the car on long trips and on freeways. On the bike it's not anything to worry about.
