What format (what columns) is your CSV file now?
It needs to contain the 3 columns like mentioned in the header of the POi data field. (name, lat, lon).
If your CSV contains more columns, you need to open in spreadsheet and make sure it only contains those 3 columns. Then save as CSV. Open CSV in text editor > copy > paste.
If you have the POIs as waypoints in a GPX file the import is easier. Simply import the GPX into Scenic, select all the waypoints and follow the steps
If you want me to have a further look, please send me the file you have now ( use the email button at the bottom of the help page). I don’t have time tomorrow as I’m having a small surgery, but I’ll respond by the end of this week
