POI-Group on the map

If you delete a POI group that is displayed on the map, the display on the map does not disappear. Now there seems to be no way to turn off this display of POIs that have long been deleted.

I am seeing the same problem with location folders being shown in map layers that were deleted a long while ago.

I think this is a result of an old bug where not all locations in a folder were deleted if the folder was deleted. I corrected this in the database for you. If you restart Scenic, these two folders should be gone.

Nevertheless I will also add an additional check, so that the folders shown in the 'layers' panel will always match the folders shown in your Locations screen. This will be in v4.10.
