Planning “Offroad” Trips

There is no true "prefer unpaved" available in the routing mode configuration. What you can try is Motorcycle - Standard, and then the "Road Type Preference" slider all the way to "adventurous". This will give a high preference to small roads, and even agricultural and forest tracks.
As for making these types of roads visible... this can be done with the map customizer, which will be available through an app update next week.
