Planning off-road routes

Hi Forum,

I’m having issues planning a rout on the “ligurische Grenzkamstrasse” (https://www.altaviadelsale.com/deu/limone-monesi-italien) between Italy and Switzerland. Although I switched everything off (avoidances etc.) I can’t plan the route on this official off-road track.

see the blue track I’d like to follow, but the route planning does something totally different. I tried it even with more VIAs, without success. Is this track to much off-road, or do I something completely wrong?

Try installing the offline map for this region (online calculation takes more road closures / seasonal closures into account.

Set routing mode to “short”.

Lastly it’s still possible that the route can’t be calculated if the route is on a road that Svenic / HERE maps doesn’t know or thinks you are not allowed to go on.

In that case, it’s best to save as track: https://scenic.app/help/routes-vs-tracks-and-save-blue-line-as-track-during-import/
