no voice commands

On what phone is it not working?
I'm asking because the 5s can not run Scenic 3, so you'll have Scenic 2 there. They audio engines are different between the versions.
I can see that you have premium in the system, but is it registered on both devices (sometimes the syncing goes wrong)? In Scenic 3 (your iPhone 13) you can see your premium status by tapping the profile pic in the side menu and opening the 'Premium & Offline Maps' section. In Scenic 2 (your iPhone 5s) you can see this by going to the 'Me' tab and opening the Premium & Offline Maps section.
And... just to double check (sorry).. .you checked all things here? https://scenic.app/help/no-voice-guidance-instructions/

- Could you give me a name of a route where you don’t get turn by turn instructions for? (Are you sure it’s not a track? As tracks don’t get turn by turn instructions… only routes do). Or does it also happen if you are just entering a random location?

I tried it with a cheap bluetooth device of a friend, and it worked instantly. So, i think it has nothing to do with scenic but with my bluetooth device. It's a Cardo Scala Rider, but it's more than 10 years old, so i think that's the problem. Going to the shop now to buy an new one, i'll let you know later today or tomorrow if that's the solution, but i think so : ).
