No save on mobile but save on ipad

Hi

I can create a route on Ipad and once created save icon appears in top lefthand corner of screen allowing me to save to MyRoutes.

When I do this on iphone no save icon appears so cannot save created route to My Routes.

Also in past when creating routes on ipad these would appear in My Routes and automatically in my Routes on iphone. This is no longer happening.

Any help much appreciated.

Are you in "Plan" mode on your iPhone? (The save button only appears in Plan mode... not on the main screen). If so, could you please send me a screenshot?
To make routes appear on the other device, do a "pull to refresh" in the route list. (You are right that this automatically happened before, but so save data consumption and battery life I have made this manual now.)

However, can you explain exactly how I do “pull to refresh” function as I can’t find it. Is this on the iphone or ipad?

How to Refresh a Page with “Pull to Refresh”:

Open the app where you want to refresh the page — for example, your email app, Facebook, or, in this case Scenic.
Go to the screen in question (usually a list of some kind). In this case your “My routes”.
Place your finger near the top of the screen — not right at the very edge, but a little below the top.
Gently slide your finger downward, like you’re pulling the page down. You’ll see the page move and maybe a little spinning circle or arrow appear at the top.
Then (when the spinner is fully visible) lift your finger off the screen. The page will automatically reload or refresh with new content.

Tips:

If nothing happens, try pulling a bit more slowly and/or a little further down, and hold your finger a bit longer at the end.
Don’t tap — it’s more of a slide and release.

The blue dot on the screen shows where I’m touching the screen, keeping my finger on the screen and dragging down.
