New subscription but can’t download off line maps

I am still on the trial period but decided to go premium. Even though I agreed to buy Premium it won’t let me download my state map. It still gives me the message about being on a trial subscription.
please help!

During the trial period, the number of regions you can download is limited to 2 regions (2 states in this case).

I would be good with downloading just 1 state for now but it won’t let me download my state

Are you running the latest version of Scenic (v4.18) (was released yesterday evening). You can see version number at startup or at the bottom of settings. If not, could you try updating through the app store and then try again? ( https://apps.apple.com/app/id1089668246 )
