Navigation interruptions
Quote from Houndog on 13.05.2024, 08:08Good morning Guido, over the weekend I made a trip of 2 days and 1200 km, during the route of the second day, programmed with Kurviger and which included countless waypoints, I had to interrupt navigation due to a problem with a bike, then I resumed but I had closed the program and when I reopened it didn't let me start from where I was, or I had difficulties resuming. Is there a smart way?
Thank you
Max

When you select a route for navigation, before you tap the "start navigation" button, you can select where to join the route. Here is a screenshot: https://scenic.app/forum/topic/joining-a-published-route-from-else-where/#postid-1683 (it's from an old version of Scenic, but the button is still there in the new version too).
Cheers,
Guido

Quote from Houndog on 13.05.2024, 09:53Yes I done that but maybe I made an error, because it sent me back again for kilometers.. Ill try next trip, but with a shorter one so I can understand well.
Another question, my app is in Italian but traslation is not so good, can I change it in English?

Quote from Guido on 13.05.2024, 09:59Yes, you can change it to English in iOS Settings > Scenic.
If you have any specific things regarding the Italian translation please let me know, then I will adjust it.

GuidoHi Guido
I think there may be a small problem related to this subject. When the “Include guidance to a waypoint I select” option is selected a page with “Tap a marker” appears. It is not possible to close this page by tapping on the X button. In order to return to the previous page you have to close the App and start again. This is ok if you wish to select a waypoint but a little inconvenient if you change your mind or have selected the option by mistake.
Regards
Charlie

Quote from Guido on 13.05.2024, 14:20Thanks for letting me know Charlie. Obviously the X button should close this view again. I'll make sure to fix this for the next (next) update. (3.61 is already awaiting Apple approval, so it will be in v3.62.)
