Multi Routing Modes When Planing Route
Quote from clarkml72 on 08.07.2025, 13:18Hey there, I think I had mentioned this before (back on v3.x) as did others I think. Anyway I was wondering if possible and when this might be possible. I would very much love to be able to say for this leg of the route please use not curvy (be fast and direct), but once we get here use curvy options. I can get this done now but it does require me to choose curvy and do a good deal of changing to the route, or just do two separate routes of course.
Just wondering...
Mike

Quote from Maercker on 13.07.2025, 06:43I get around this by using the default settings and more waypoints to take me on the curvy roads I want. Basically use the waypoints to be the roads I want.
You can use the curvy auto routing then add the wave points near intersections on the curvy parts, but not the fast straight areas you want. Then when you choose fast route it will take you through the curves because of the waypoints.
P.s. this is also good if share the route publicly as if their routing options are different it could be a completely different route.
