Merging routes

What you could try, if you are a bit tech savvy, it to edit the GPX in a text editor before importing into Scenic. If you open the GPX you received (assuming it's a GPX) in a text editor, you can see the <rte> tags. These tags indicate the start of a route. And the </rte> tag indicated the end of the route. Within these two tags you will find other tags indicating the route points. The trick now is to merge them in the GPX. I.e. remove the </rte> tag from the first part and remove the <rte> tag from the second part. You might need to remove some more items from the second part, like name etc. You'll probably see it if you look at it a bit closer.

Alternatively, you could just leave it as is, and save all the routes of the trip in a folder, and in the naming make sure they are alphabetical in order. Scenic now has the ability to change route during the same tracking session. To do this, tap the ETA bar, tap pause, and then tap 'back to start screen'. Then select the second route and tap resume. It will be the same ride, but with the new route.
