Maybe a bug with Tunnels?

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but at least it doesn’t seem logical. Here’s a region where there is a highway tunnel . In the image below, the Tunnel special road section is off and you only see the red highway.

Here, the Tunnel special road is set to On with a grey color and 100% opacity:

And here, the opacity is turned to 0%. Shouldn’t it be red?

The color you set here replaces the color of the road where there's a tunnel. If you set it to 0% opacity (fully transparent), then you'll only see the outline color of that road. If you set the ouline of a road to 0% opacity, then the transparency of the tunnel will work. Hope that makes sense.
