Map shows place names in Cyrillic letters

I’m using scenic on my iPhone 11 (with current iOS). I have the issue that some of the place names will be showed in Cyrillic letters.

But this only happens on the iPhone. On my iPad, also with Scenic 4, all place names are displayed correctly in German.
German is selected as the language on both devices.
What can I do to see the place names completely in German?

I'm aware. Looking into it. It depends on zoom level too.

Basic language is german.

ich habe da ma Problem nicht und habe Guido verstanden dass hier nur die Heimische Sprache stehen soll.

das war mal so bei Scenic 3.5. Da hatte ich auf der Karte die jeweiligen Landessprachen.
Die angezeigten Einstellungen finde ich in 4.0 nicht. Vielleicht hab ich es übersehen?
