Making the “Highlighted Route” Bold?

It seems near impossible to see the thin line showing the route to get to a destination. While riding, I literally cannot see the line I should be following.

Is there a bold option? I want to be able to clearly see the route I need to take with a quick glance.

you are not the first one with this feedback. I will be making the line wider in the next update. Meanwhile perhaps changing the color might help you a little bit (through settings > colors & style. )
