Lost pictures

Today I lost all my pictures from my bikes.

You too? There is another person (you know him, FXStein 🙂) who this is happening to.

Im looking into it. A few questions if you don’t mind…

- On how many devices do you use Scenic? (If more than one, did the pics disappear on all devices?)

- What version are you running on each device (see version nr at bottom of settings)?

- did you do anything special like logout / login, reinstall, new device, etc?

Hi guys.

I had this too on 7th of august.

I planned a route on my iphone 11 Pro. Used my iphone 7 on the bike for navigation. Camera issue. Both were on 15.6.

Scenic 3.12 on iphone 7, 11 and ipad 2018.

After the trip i saved the ride and saw no picture of my bike.

I added the pictures to my scenic account and yesterday while saving my tracks pictures were there as expexted.

To me it looked like, Scenic forgot the link to the mediafiles.

All fine at the moment.

Yes. It's the link to the media files that is lost. I've yet to find out why this happens. Will be looking into this Monday / Tuesday.

I use iPhone and iPad, same Version. Yes, yesterday I planned a route with my iPad, and today I miss the pictures.

Hi Guys,

v3.14 was released to the App Store today. This should resolve this issue. You might have to add new pictures now, but once that's done, they should not disappear anymore. Make sure you are running 3.14 (or higher) on all your devices... otherwise they can still disappear. You can see the version number at bottom of Settings. If not running 3.14, update through the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1089668246
