Lock screen when pause

When there is a break, I lock the screen.
In the past, this had not been a problem.
Now Scenic says that the tour ended unexpectedly.
If I continue the tour, the route appears again only after several kilometers.

This means scenic crashed when it was in the background.

Did this happen once, or every time?

Could you check if you have “share with app developers” turned on? If not, turn it on, because then I get the crash reports and I can analyse the situation. IOS Settings App > Privacy > Diagnostics > Analytics & Improvements

Happened to me once as well. Has been 2 months+ without that issue. Also had App Analytics turned off. Just changed it in case I run into another crash.

At the moment every time.

I sent you an email with the reports.

I have the problem only on the iPhone 7.
