Inconsistent able - unable to use a stretch of road

Hi all,
I have a weird issue with a pice of road that I can’t use in a route and I’m not sure this is map related.
It is the Dürener Straße (L 160)
This road has been closed for a year and is now open again.
OSM is aware of this, screenshot of the OSM route is shared.
On 1 iPad with up-to-date offline maps I can use the road in a route.
Opening an existing route on the same device I can’t use the road, no matter how or where I place via points Scenic goes around it.
Today I tried this on an other iPad without offline maps, and with or without I’m unable to use the piece of road.
What is causing this.

Besides all this I must say, thanks for all the hard work.
Scenic is again a great and easy app for navigating!
