Include altitude (elevation) in GPX exports

Scenic will include elevation data. But, you need to see the chart with elevation first, because that's the time the elevations are generated.
I know this is pretty clumsy... it's not recording the elevation while you are riding, even though it knows. In stead, the elevation is determined based on coordinate when you open the chart view. Once you've done that, and then export the GPX, eleveation is in there.
