Improvements into Layers (viewing previous Rides)

I have quite a few rides now, and when I expose them on the "Show on Map" (layer) via my Mac desktop, it is difficult to see which ride is which.

As you can see, I have several rides and many that overlap. Basically, there's no way to distinguish which is which. Select one to see the date, distance, create a route from, etc. Are there improvements planned?

I've been playing with Google My Maps, and it's pretty good, but I have to export/import, and only 10 layers are allowed.

I also tried Felt, which is fantastic but takes a lot of manual effort...

Soon it will be possible to give every ride its own color, but selecting a ride by tapping on it is not yet planned. Because (1) there are other ways to select a ride (through the recorded ride list) and (2) it might interfere with other touch functionality on the main screen (have not looked at this in detail).

Thanks. The color will help a bit. However, I will add that it seems a bit strange to have a map view of previous rides with no indication of what ride it was or any way to select and get more info (like # of times, etc).

Another way to think about it would be to create a map view just for the recorded ride list (view as list, view as map).

Agreed... a dedicated map view to view all rides and/or all rides in a folder (selectable) is on the feature request list too, but will take some time before I can look into it.
