How a multi stop ride would get saved to a "Recorded Ride"

If I start a new ride in the app and then decide to search for and ride to a location, will the ride data that is saved at the end of the ride have the whole duration from tart of ride all the way through the drive to the serached for location? Same if once I arrive at the first searched location, stay there a while (lunch?) and search for another (2nd location)

Hypothetical sequence of events:
Start ride for the day
Search for a location via the "Where to?" entry field
Navigate to the searched location
Have lunch
Get back on bike
Search for another location via the "Where to?" entry field
Navigate to the new location
Spend some time at location #2
Resume ride without searching/navigation. Basically just ride around without route guidance--just logging the trip.
Eventually end and save the ride as "Recorded ride"

Will my "Recorded ride" in the app reflect stats for the whole ride from the point of when I started the ride from the home screen? or will it be broken up into multiple "Recorded rides" in the app?

The ride is recorded from the moment you tap the ‘start ride’ (or ‘start navigation’ button if a destination or route was selected), until you finish the ride through the ‘finish ride’ button accessible through the panel that appears when you tap the bottom bar where you see time and distance to destination.

During a ride you can change the route by double tapping the map, which brings you to edit mode. There you can add, remove via points and stops, and search for places or add existing locations. If you want to add a whole other pre-saved route then go to the same panel mentioned above, tap the pause button and select ‘to main screen’. Here’s more info on that: https://scenic.app/forum/topic/switching-route-while-continuing-logging/

Dows that answer your question?

If you're enjoying Scenic and are happy with the support, please leave a nice rating in the App Store. It would mean a lot to me ❤️

Yes, it does. Thanks. I will try that and looking forward to seeing the results.
