Hiding of red crosses on Mountains

Hi all,

does anybody know how to hide the red crosses on mountain peaks? I was fiddling around with the new cool map styler tool, but didn't found the suitable setting.

Thomas - in my area, the map shows no crosses, only triangles showing "mountain peaks." I assume those crosses must be "mountain passes"... if so, to hide them completely, or to adjust the zoom level at which they become visible, go to the "My map styles" list, tap the custom style in question, and choose "edit style."

In the window that opens, scroll all the way down to "POI CATEGORIES" - in that alphabetical listing, you'll find "Natural." In the list that opens, scroll down and look for "Mountain pass" (it's the 9th item for me). There you can adjust the usual show/hide, color, scale, and zoom level visibility.

I think... anyway, sorry but I use the English language version, so I don't know what yours says...

Hi Matt,

many thanks for the detailed hint. You are correct, the crosses are "mountain passes" or in "Gebirgspass" in German. I have adjusted the zoom level visibility to 14, which works for me.
