GPS sensitivity

Hi Guido,
With 4.09 I get back the familiar Scenic feeling; The app that I proudly promote among my friends. And with every new release I let myself be surprised by the improvements. That promises a lot of good for 2025.

What I notice with the latest version is the GPS sensitivity. On the road, for example when slowly approaching a traffic light or just on a main road, I sometimes hear sound signals for off track and recalculation. The position on the screen is still on the route, but I have also seen a message "not on the route" on the carplay. I’m on track for sure.
I do not see the route adjustments immediately, but it could lead to unwanted changes. Can this sensitivity perhaps be set less tightly?

Top Guido,
Part of the problem may be in the extrapolation at a bend. See photo. I follow the route instead of the green line.

The other position problem occurred spontaneously when following a straight line when approaching a traffic light.

I had this happen today, on the pink line but got the guide me back pop up, but this did disappear after a few 100metres.

I had similar issues today for roughly 1km the arrow was off the route, however it was in a bigger city and I am using GPS since almost 30years, thats is almost normal depending on the satellites you are connected to or in bigger cities and in the alps when signals are deflected.
