Germany: total unbrauchbar!

I'm afraid I can not change this. The curvy routing is provided by Kurviger (Scenic sends list of waypoints that you chose, and Kurviger sends back the route). This hasn't changed compared to Scenic 3. What you could try is "undo" the curvy route generation, and then try generating the curvy route again. There is a random factor applied. Meaning... you could get a different route the 2nd try. Another option is of course to manually edit the route to your liking. In other words... move/delete/add via points until you get the route that you would like.
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it at least explains.
As for the map colors and map style... the map customizer is coming back soon. With that you will be able to choose your own colors, road widht, font size, what to see at what zoom level, etc.

Hmmm. If I will be able to change the color of the little roads it will be more easy to find the mistakes and correct them.

Yes.. this is possible. Unfortunately Kurviger changed their model for 3rd party apps that use their service. If I am at home and proove the route: everything looks ok. When I start the tour it is changing whitout reason (to little roads). See the Picture. Pink is the planned route I can see at home. While driving it changes to the red. I have no idea why. There is also no waypoint nearby.
I suspect this is because you did not reach the route startpoint yet, and Scenic is trying to send you to the start point. To avoid this, turn off the "guide me to route start" when before you start riding: https://scenic.app/hilfe/starte-eine-route-in-der-mitte/

One of the results is that the "avoid small roads" setting is no longer available in Scenic.
