Find POIs on my route

The scenario: I’m following a planned route and I’m looking for the next gas station on my route. Is there an option in Scenic which would help me to do so? I remember that such function existed in other nav systems and were called “find POI on route”.

Yes, there is: Press big menu buttob/Overview/Search/Fuel 🙂

And if you tap the little map symbol in the upper right, you can see the gas stations on the map near your location.

Yes, thanks a lot for your hint, which I was aware of. What I meant is a function which shows POIs like gas stations located directly on the route, not just close to the route.

Think about the following: I know I have fuel left for another 50km and I can see in Scenic that there will be a gas station in 25km on my planned route…

Layers: choose gasoline while navigating.

Thank you for your helpful hints and tips. Although it’s not exactly what I had in mind, they are for sure very practical and pragmatic alternatives which I will use. Thanks again.

Hi AstridM.

Tap „Search“ in my last picture. And select „Gasoline“.

The gas stations shown are all around the center of your actual target.

Select the map icon right of „Gasoline“ and all stations nearby will appear on the map. Just select one. And add to your route.
