'ERROR3: No ride with this ID' for saved ride when sharing from app

Hi Guido.  I finished and saved a ride last week. It is only visible on the device it was recorded/saved on. Sharing it I get this error: ERROR3: No ride with this ID

The URL for the share from the app is https://scenicapp.space/ride/ooFnlfsK

Can you please advise?

Could you try renaming the ride? That will force a new upload to the server.

Renamed (added '...renamed' to the end of the name) and looked on another device with Scenic app and did not sow up there. Also shared the ride (URL) and the resulting web page shows same error message. First image below is the ride as it appears on my riding iPhone where it was created. Second image is the list of rides from my MacBook where the ride is not present. The URL is: https://scenicapp.space/viewRide.php?rid=ooFnlfsK

Part of the ride (the list of coordinates) did not make it to the server. This can sometimes happens due to a glitch in the connection while syncing.

That's also why it's not showing up on your other devices and why the share link doesn't work.

Renaming doesn't work because that only uploads the overall information to the server again.. not the list of coordinates.

In the next update I'll add an option to force upload the entire ride incl coordinates again. Please leave the ride on your device, because if you remove it now, you won't be able to recover it anymore.

Sorry about this. I hope to release an update next week. Waiting on a fix from HERE maps for another issue at the moment.
