Error message: Route could not be calculated ...

... please download all required regions

have tried to view the loaded maps via 'Premium & Offline Maps". The following message: "Map package status could not be retrieved".
Removed the app and reloaded via the app store - same problem. Then bought additional 'credits'. same problem. Fact is: I can't navigate and can't get access to my maps.

 

Problem solved! It was on the VPN!
