You do that in the main screen. Once you selected a destination or route, it is calculated in the main screen. And then you tap the ‘start ride’ button (which will have text ‘start navigation’ if you selected a destination or route. )

Ah. I see. You imported as track. Tracks only have ‘follow the line’ navigation and so can not have time and distance to destination.
