Devices are not synchronising

My iPhone and my two iPads are no longer synchronising. I am also unable to log in with a new device. Is this a known issue?

Since I didn't create any routes over the winter, I only noticed it now. So I can't say exactly when it started.

I don't believe it's a structural problem, but it can happen sometimes. What's your Scenic nickname?

Did you try a pull to refresh in your route list on the device where you are missing routes?

Yes, I tried to update by dragging. I also restarted all devices.

After that, I logged out of one device and wanted to log back in. However, the login process aborts after about a minute with an error.
