Default routing mode for carplay

there needs to be a way to set a default routing mode for when connected to car play or for the app overall.

Meanwhile, the process to activate Scrnic on your iPhone is a bit easier. Simply switching to another app on CarPlay, will make Scenic active on your iPhone (I.e. the back screen will make place for the normal UI if Scenic is not the foreground app on CarPlay)
