Crashing when go to start my route on Apple iPhone 13 iOS 18.5
Quote from Muddypaws on 22.06.2025, 06:31It crashes when I start to put in my next stops, so I made the route on my iPad where it worked just fine but then when I open the route back up in my iPhone, it crashes when I go to start the route. I closed the app and reopened it and it still crashes.

Quote from Guido on 22.06.2025, 07:54That is really strange. And this only happens with this specific route? If so, would you mind sharing that route with me (from your ipad): Select route from route list > 3-dots button top right > share link.
With that I will hopefully be able to reproduce this and find the cause.

Quote from Muddypaws on 22.06.2025, 15:06no, it’s doing it with everything. When I’m on my phone, I can select the starting point but when I go to select the second via it crashes so then I went on my iPad and I was able to do the rout just fine and then I saved it. But when I opened that route back up on my iPhone every time I opened that route and hit start it crashed. Right now, the app on my phone is unusable

this is a test route that I did, I made this on my iPad, saved it. Opened it on my iPhone, and no matter what button I push, whether I wanted to start the route, edit the route, anything crashed the app..

Quote from Guido on 23.06.2025, 13:04Yes... I checked that route... and evertying looks fine for it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app was going to be my next troubleshooting step. I suspect that something went wrong with syncing. In other words, not the entire route was synced to your iPhone.
Please let me know if this happens again. Next time probably a logout and login on the crashing device will work as well. Then at least you won't have to set all your settings again the way you like it.
