Colour Blindness

Hi Guido, I have a friend who cannot see the colour red. Others may not see green etc

On the Current Speed display it is ok for him when under the limit but when he hits 100 in this case or above he cannot see the RED 100 current speed.

Would you be able to make the Current Speed colour a configuration item in Settings. Perhaps also the visual warning display at the top of the screen

I’ll add it to the feature request list.
