Tested CarPlay today. It worked really well. One thing I've noticed was that Scenic was showing distance to the next turn in miles only. It was not switching to yards. When it was getting too close to the turn, it was showing zero miles. When I disconnected my phone from CarPlay and looked at the screen, it was showing the distance in yards.

Hmmm. Not sure I can do anything about that. I just give the distance to CarPlay (in meters) and then the CarPlay template does the rest. Apple has really restricted this.

My guess it uses the measurement system determined by the region you set in Settings > General > Language and region.

In any case I’ll have another look at this.

I was wrong... I can give unit to the CarPlay template. Will correct for the next update.
