CarPlay disconnect

Whatever I do, I only See this in the app. I’n not connected to CarPlay (don’t have it). Re-instal didn’t Work. I don’t know what to do anymore. Can you help me?

a re-install did not help?

did you remove Scenic from your device before re-installing?

Yes, I completely deleted the app from my phone (iPhone 15 pro) and reinstalled it. I find it so strange that this doesn't help.

Check your carplay settings on your phone for your device.

Maybe you are connected to another device. Stop carplay in settings and try again.

I have several cars and an issue with bluetooth. When i arange the cars my iphone connects to a parking car while the key is in the lock.

Maybe your Scenic is connected to the car beside your bike.

Do have the same problem since today… Any solution for the problem? Reinstallation done and system settings checked… No chance to remove the „ CarPlay“ screen…

Releasing update with fix this weekend.

I still do not understand how this screen can appear without ever having connected to a CarPlay system.
And I also do not understand why removing Scenic completely from your device, and then redownloading does not solve it.

My only guess is that your iPhone is connecting to a charge cable device that is sending the "CarPlay connected" signal and/or you are connected to a CarPlay system via bluetooth.

The typical way to get rid of this screen, is to connect to that system again, and then, while you see this 'Connected to CarPlay' screen on your phone, disconnect from CarPlay.

I was connected with Carplay before with a cable (Mercedes MBUX). I’m not sure if Scenic was open on the background on my phone…

Reconnection and switching to the screen and than disconnecting solved the problem. THX
