Can't reset my password

Hello,

I'm "anonymous" on scenic on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I just bought premium and I want to connect to save my routes and trips.

When I want to create an account, it says that my email is arleady used. When I want to reset my password, I don't receive any mail to do it...

Any help ? I want to sync my maps on my ipad and my iphone.

Some email providers block the automatic emails from Scenic. What is your scenic nickname and/or scenic email? If you prefer you can send me an email with that info.

Yes. Currently iCloud.com / Me.com and t-online.de seem to be blocking the automated emails from scenic.

@mack Ive manually reset your password and sent you the confirmation.

To all others, indeed please send me a direct email if you are not receive emails so I can reply to that. The replies do come through.
