CAN'T DOWNLOAD MAPS

I try to download already purcased Maps to my iPhone, is starts and stops
2 seconds later i need the maps we travel tomorrow morning... !

Tried it on a second device, also does not work...

Hi Niko,

Usually this is due to a network security setting on your WiFi on or your phone. Are you running a VPN, a proxy server or something similar on your WiFi, or on your devices? If so, try turning those off. If that fails, do you have the possibility to try on another WiFi, or via cellular data (if you have no data limit obviously)

Hi Guido, tried it already, via LTE not working, Wifi is unlimited, also not working, iPhone 7 plus and also 12 Pro
