Auto Zoom Speed

Perhaps what you could try (if you use the map in 3D mode) is change the 3D camera angle (Settings > Finetuning). Not exactly what you are looking for, but perhaps it will help.

At the moment Scenic uses the built in Auto Zoom feature that is provided by HERE maps. It's speed based, hence the delay you are experiencing. I'm planning to add a custom zoom feature dependent on Distance To next Turn, but that's quite some work. It will be a while before I get around to that because there are many things on the list still.
Perhaps what you could try (if you use the map in 3D mode) is change the 3D camera angle (Settings > Finetuning). Not exactly what you are looking for, but perhaps it will help.
