App crashes when reporting map error during Navigation

Hi Guido,

I came across some some map errors which I wanted to report through the app during an ongoing navigation which lasted for 1-2 hours.

Unfortunately, this caused Scenic to crash in 3 different occasions.

After restarting the app, I was able to report the map error as intended every time.
