Add Elevation Statistics

Hi Guido,

I understand you have a long list of high priority items and appreciate all your work.

If possible, I would love to suggest including elevation data as part of Statistics from previously recorded rides. This would be an incredibly value add, especially for those of us who take on challenging terrain.

Having just ridden across some of the highest passes in the Himalayas, seeing the elevation data in our ride stats would truly capture the scale and significance of the experience.

Thank you for all your work and continuous efforts to making it the best NAV app out there.

Do you mean elevation per ride, or in your profile overall statistics view? Elevation per ride is already there:

I understand. I'll add it to the list. This is a bit more work than it initially seems. The elevations are not (yet) recorded "on the fly" as the ride is being recorded. They are retrieved afterwards only if you view the elevation chart as in Dae's screenshot. Once you've viewed that chart one time they are saved with the ride. I have to change that so that elevation is recorded "on the fly", otherwise an elevation statistic could only show elevations of rides where you viewed the chart before.
