[4.0] Tracking issues when phone is suspended or app os leaved
Hi Guido,
first I want to thank you for V4.0, I like the new UI very much, it's much more cleaner then in 3.x and after reading the FAQ it's clear why so many features from 3.x are missing and that they will come later.
It's astonishing that you managed to change scenic to the new map provider in such a short time, respect for that!
I like the new map style, there are so much more details on the maps and searching for e.g. gas stations when navigating is also very handy.
And now to the issue with tracking, I made a little test while on a dog walk. I put on tracking, but every time I leaved the app or the phone was suspended, the tracking seemed to stop. You can see this on the screenshot from RouteConverter I've added, where the phone was suspended or the app was leaved. AFAIR in v3.x when leaved the app, I could see in the upper left corner little button, that scenic is running and when tapping on it scenic came to foreground.
